About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Hospitalist Physician to join our well-established, physician-led multi-specialty group serving the Fall River community. Our organization is known for its collaborative environment, strong clinical support, and commitment to delivering high-quality, team-based care.

Position Overview:
- Hospitalists work a 7-on / 7-off schedule, assigned to one of two local hospitals for each weekly block.
- Rounding Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Admitting “Swing” Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Candidates must be willing to rotate between both shifts.
- No required overnight shifts.
- Additional shifts are available for those who desire extra income.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary: Estimated range $260,000 – $315,000+ depending on experience and shift participation

Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
- Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to compassionate patient care
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
