Driving customer engagement and retention, the full-time remote CRM Manager will develop lifecycle strategies, optimize segmentation, and manage multi-channel marketing initiatives while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align campaigns with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead CRM strategy and execution across various channels to enhance engagement, retention, and revenue Develop and optimize customer segmentation and lifecycle journeys in Braze for personalized messaging Manage loyalty and incentive‑based marketing efforts to maximize retention and drive sustainable growth Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Retention Marketing in a B2C or e‑commerce environment Proven experience designing and executing user retention strategies and incentive‑based campaigns Advanced proficiency with Braze or equivalent customer engagement platforms Strong technical operations acumen with experience in collaborating with Product and Engineering teams Bachelor's degree preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
