We are searching for an Order Entry Specialist to manage orders from customers and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, has experience with order entry and enjoys developing relationships with customers to deliver customer satisfaction every time.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and manage customer orders with accuracy and speed, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
• Be the first line of support for customers, confirming order details and providing timely updates to maintain positive customer relationships.
• Communicate with customers primarily via email, taking 20-30 orders per day.
• Troubleshoot order discrepancies or delays quickly, providing solutions to keep customers satisfied.
• Contribute ideas to improve order entry workflows and customer communication, helping the team to work smarter, not harder.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of order entry experience .
• Experience working with Microsoft Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Personable with proven ability to develop positive customer relationships.
