As we are growing we are looking to add an Order Entry Specialist to our team. This is NOT a call center. Majority of customer orders will be via email.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer orders coming through via email and over the phone: prepare quotes, input data, send order acknowledgements, and provide delivery timelines
• Serve as the primary contact for order-related inquiries
• Investigate and resolve issues using internal resources and collaboration with other departments
• Maintain accurate customer records, including billing and shipping information
• Develop a strong understanding of the product catalog to guide customer decisions
• Manage multiple requests and tasks with efficiency and professionalism
• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

• 1 year of customer service and order entry experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• CRM experience (preferred)
• Experience in Microsoft Suite
