Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31

What You'll Do

Provide patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process within the scope of practice
Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care strategies
Delegate tasks effectively to licensed and ancillary team members
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and team members
Document and evaluate patient progress using electronic health records
Support quality improvement initiatives and adherence to safety standards
Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

What You Need
Required:

Active RN license in Louisiana
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience

Preferred:

Certification in a clinical specialty area
Strong computer and electronic health record skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
