Fredericksburg, VA | Compensation: $80,000 to $95,000 per year, plus uncapped commission

We are a hospice provider serving Fredericksburg, VA and the surrounding counties, including Spotsylvania, Stafford, King George, Westmoreland, and Orange. We are looking for a motivated, relationship driven Hospice Sales Representative to grow referral relationships across this territory. This role is a strong fit for an experienced hospice or healthcare sales professional who enjoys community based relationship building and wants to help patients and families understand the value of hospice care.

Schedule: Full time, field based role covering the Fredericksburg, VA territory (Spotsylvania, Stafford, King George, Westmoreland, and Orange Counties). Travel throughout the territory is required.

Compensation: $80,000 to $95,000 per year base salary, plus uncapped commission.

What You'll Do: The Hospice Sales Representative will develop and maintain referral relationships throughout the assigned territory. This includes working closely with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, social workers, and other community partners to increase awareness of hospice services and support appropriate patient referrals. The role involves regular field based outreach, relationship management with referral sources, and representing hospice services to patients and families with clarity and professionalism. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in the field while staying connected to the broader clinical and administrative team.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of sales, marketing, business development, liaison, or referral development experience in healthcare
• Healthcare service sales experience
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, facility leadership, and community referral sources
• Strong communication and follow-through skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hospice, palliative care, home health, senior living, hospital, or post-acute care experience
• Outside referral development experience
• Bachelor's degree (additional relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree)
• Prior clinical experience
