Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and mental health screenings, utilizing evidence-based tools to identify client needs and develop customized treatment plans.

• Deliver short-term individual therapy and immediate crisis intervention to clients facing various mental health challenges, ensuring a compassionate and client-centered approach.

• Facilitate therapeutic group workshops that address relevant issues such as anxiety management, coping skills, and self-esteem enhancement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with diverse adult and adolescent populations within the community setting. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Your understanding of the unique challenges faced by community members will be crucial in providing tailored support that empowers clients to achieve their personal mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active license as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master's degree strongly preferred in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Demonstrated understanding of the mental health issues prevalent in community settings and the ability to connect empathetically with a diverse client base.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; must be able to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and convey complex concepts clearly.
