Our team members have the option to select between 4x10 or 5x8 shift schedules, with working hours spanning from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this essential role, you will:

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, groups, or families experiencing a variety of challenges.
\n
• Conduct thorough client assessments to gather comprehensive social, personal, environmental, and health-related information.
\n
• Evaluate and treat mental health issues within your scope of practice, implementing evidence-based strategies and interventions.
\n
• Design and coordinate programs aimed at meeting the social and emotional needs of clients while fostering cognitive, affective, and behavioral growth.
\n
• Manage short-term crises by facilitating resolutions and making referrals to community resources as necessary.
\n
• Establish and maintain professional relationships built on trust, respect, and acceptance for effective therapeutic engagement.
\n
• Monitor and document client progress and treatment effectiveness in line with established protocols, ensuring accurate case documentation.
\n
• Maintain a manageable caseload that reflects current service delivery and meets the dynamic needs of our clients.
\n
• Assist in training new staff or interns as directed by management to promote continuity and quality of care.

Your clients will include a diverse population facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use, grief or loss, and relationship dynamics. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• A current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the state of Virginia.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster therapeutic relationships.
