Job Overview: A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate Attorney to join its Corporate Finance Division in Minneapolis, MN. Duties Engage in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and private equity transactions. Advise on '34 Act compliance and reporting. Participate in venture capital and early‑stage investment transactions. Contribute to structured finance transactions and investment management representations. Requirements Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission in Minnesota. 2–4 years of experience in relevant transactional work. Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in corporate governance and securities offerings preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the Minnesota State Bar.
