Pomeroy Living seeks a compassionate and skilled Registered Dietitian to enhance the nutritional and dietary services in our senior living community. This role involves assessing resident needs, creating personalized meal plans, and ensuring dietary practices promote health and wellness. By joining our team, you'll contribute to a supportive environment, fostering nutritional education and an improved quality of life for our seniors. Responsibilities Assess nutritional needs and dietary restrictions of residents. Develop individualized meal plans in alignment with medical requirements. Educate residents and staff on nutritional practices and dietary care. Monitor dietary adherence and adjust plans as needed. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize resident care. Qualifications Expertise in nutritional assessment and personalized dietary planning. Strong communication and educational outreach abilities. Proficiency in dietary software and charting. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Licensed Dietitian status in applicable state.
