Responsibilities

• Record Keeping: Update and maintain physical and digital personnel files, including sick leave, vacation tracking, and compliance documents.

• Recruitment Support: Post job openings, review resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate communication with job candidates.

• Onboarding: Prepare new hire welcome packets, collect employment forms, and help run orientation or any other training sessions.  

• Employee Support: Answer routine staff questions regarding company policies, benefits, and general procedures.

• Payroll & Data Entry: Gather time and attendance logs and input updates into the Human Resources Information System. 
• Leaves and Claims : Workers Comp claims and invetigations ,  Request for time off , leaves of absince
