Front Office CoordinatorSchedule: 16 hours per week, two 8 hour shifts- Thursday and FridayJob Summary:The Front Office Coordinator manages a variety of front office functions and is key to smooth operation of a dynamic outpatient wound care center as well as performs general office duties to assist the staff of the WCC.Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities:High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)Two or more years office administration experience, preferably in a medical settingPrior medical coding experience preferredAssociate's degree preferredProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Good customer, interpersonal and communication skills, both orally and in writingOrganization and time-management skillsAbility to type 60 words per minute (wpm)Basic math skillsEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
