Job Summary:
As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you'll be operating a range of heavy machinery, including skid steer. This position requires working in noisy environments with exposure to extreme temperatures and involves physically demanding tasks within our tire recycling facility and in the field.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery skid steer.
• Ensure adherence to all safety procedures and understand directions thoroughly.
• Engage in multiple activities within the tire recycling facility, involving physical and demanding tasks.
• 1 year of skid steer required

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to use hand tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Must have heavy machinery experience.
• Skid steer – required
• Excavator – preferred
• Understand and follow all OSHA and site-specific safety programs.
• Must be reliable and flexible.
• Willingness to work in hot, cold, wet and dirty conditions.
• Attention to detail and attentive.
• Willingness to work hard.
• Be a team player.
• Safety boots required.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
