What You'll Do

• Assemble electrical and electro-mechanical products using work instructions, drawings, schematics, and specifications. Perform cable harnessing, wiring, crimping, soldering, mechanical assembly, labeling, inspection, and testing. Verify your own work meets quality requirements before moving it to the next operation. Maintain accurate production records and product traceability. Work safely while keeping your work area clean and organized. Communicate issues early and work with teammates to solve problems.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED. One year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred. Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly drawings. Experience using hand tools; soldering/electronics assembly is a plus. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods. Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR requirements.
