We're looking for a part-time Accountant to join our team and provide reliable accounting support while helping strengthen our day-to-day bookkeeping processes.

We're looking for a part-time Accountant to join our team and provide reliable accounting support while helping strengthen our day-to-day bookkeeping processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support accounting and financial reporting activities
- Review financial records and help ensure accuracy and consistency
- Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to our current Bookkeeper
- Help improve accounting procedures, systems, and internal controls
- Work collaboratively with leadership to address accounting questions and needs
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- CPA preferred
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Previous accounting experience; experience supervising or mentoring bookkeeping staff is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
