Position Details


We are currently hiring Direct Care Workers / Med Passers for part and full-time positions:

• 1st Shift: 24- hours per week
• 2nd Shift: 24-40 hours per week
• Schedule: No mandation (we respect your time and work-life balance)

Pay & Perks

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Administer medications as directed
• Provide compassionate care, especially in memory care settings
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and residents

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Medication administration experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred
• Must pass background check and health screening
