Overview / Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at WSU Tech. As the first point of contact for visitors and students, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while providing administrative support to various departments. Your exceptional multitasking skills and ability to communicate effectively will be key in helping our institution run smoothly.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting visitors, students, and staff with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Managing appointment scheduling and coordinating meetings.
• Maintaining reception area cleanliness and organization.
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
• Providing information on academic programs, services, and campus resources.
• Responding to general inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
