Contracts, Compliance, and Governance

  • Act as compliance officer: Track compliance requirements and ensure that NHPR stays in compliance with all applicable regulations, e.g., FCC, states and municipalities.
  • Develop and lead a unified Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework that synthesizes regulatory compliance, insurance strategy, debt management, and internal controls into a cohesive risk‑mitigation strategy for the organization.
  • Oversee completion of the annual audit and filing of Form 990, ensuring the timely and accurate compilation of required documents, reports and reconciliations from all departments.
  • Oversee the language, annual updates, contract processes, organizational management, and compliance of all vendor/partner contracts/agreements.
