Certified CT Technologist Opportunity - 12-Hour Shifts

This is a 13-week contract position with a schedule of three 12-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 11 AM to 11 PM. May include holidays if needed.

Job Description

The certified CT technologist will perform imaging procedures utilizing Aquilion Toshiba 64 slice scanners within an acute care setting. The technologist is expected to manage an average of 80-100 patient exams per day while adhering to established protocols and ensuring patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and ensure the quality of imaging results.
• Work collaboratively with medical staff to meet patient care needs.
• Maintain radiation safety practices and ensure proper usage of radiation badges.
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records in the Cerner charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS Certification
• Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT)
• Radiation badge required to be provided by the agency
• Background checks must be disclosed at the time of submission
• Must be within a 50-mile radius for submission
