STNA - State Tested Nursing Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled STNA to join our care team at Meadow Falls of Bath in Akron, OH. As a State Tested Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, transferring, and ambulating
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Assist with vital sign checks, such as temperature and blood pressure
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an approved STNA training program
• Must be listed on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents safely and effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
