Job Summary Be the showrunner behind a one‑of‑a‑kind guest experience – Netflix House is coming to King of Prussia mall! As General Manager you will lead all venue operations, drive service excellence, and champion innovation to bring hospitality to life in an immersive, guest‑centered environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field 5+ years in hospitality or food & beverage senior leadership Experience managing large teams and venue operations Key Responsibilities Oversee all front‑ and back‑of‑house operations Develop and manage budgets and business performance Lead the team in driving all expenses across the P&L Collaborate with onsite partner GM and partner operations team to manage daily operations for the building Collaborate with Levy and partner team to build standard SOPs for new opening Lead Levy culture and inspire cross‑functional teams; integrate partner culture appropriately within Levy operational SOPs Ensure consistent delivery of premium guest service Collaborate with Levy culinary, marketing, sales, finance and HR teams Drive all company compliance initiatives within the location across all departments Drive all health and sanitation initiatives at the location Payroll oversight Marketing oversight with client partner Month‑end financials and reporting We will consider employment for all qualified applicants, including those with a criminal history, in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, and the New York Fair Chance Act.
