House Manager Sober Living Home

Blue Haven Sober Living is a supportive and structured male sober living home dedicated to helping individuals in recovery build a strong foundation for lasting sobriety. We are seeking a reliable and compassionate House Manager to join our team. Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day oversight of the home, ensuring a safe, supportive, and respectful living environment. Enforce house rules and policies with consistency and fairness. Support residents in their recovery journey by modeling accountability and responsibility. Conduct regular check-ins, house meetings, and maintain accurate documentation. Assist with coordinating resident schedules, appointments, and curfews. Manage basic household tasks such as supplies, cleanliness, and organization. Assist with resident transportation to meetings, appointments, and other approved activities. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of continuous sobriety required. Prior experience in a recovery, sober living, or related setting preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills. Must be organized, dependable, and able to maintain healthy boundaries with residents. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Schedule & Compensation: Full-time, live-in position (housing provided within the sober living home). Flexibility to maintain an outside job during the day. Compensation includes free rent plus a modest base salary (discussed during interview) to recognize your role and responsibilities.
