Senior Full-Stack Developer (Backend Focus)

About the Role
SCAILE is building the AI visibility layer for enterprises, optimizing content discovery across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Perplexia. As a Senior Full-Stack Developer with backend focus, you'll own the architecture of our Content Engine and scale the systems powering our platform. You'll work directly with the founding team in Munich during a critical growth phase.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs that power our content optimization platform.
- Contribute across the full stack, including frontend work, as needed to ship features end-to-end.
- Set up autonomous, high-throughput workflows that handle large-scale content processing.
- Ship fast and iterate closely with the team to continuously improve our systems.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong backend focus.
- Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for backend development.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, or data processing tasks.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Valid work permit to work in Germany.
