This role is ideal for a systems thinker and builder who thrives at the intersection of HR technology, analytics, automation, process optimization, and employee experience.Reporting to the future VP, HR Operations, Systems & People Programs, this role will own and optimize the People technology landscape across the employee lifecycle while helping shape the future of how People & Places operates at One Workplace.This individual will play a critical role in advancing scalable infrastructure, enabling data-driven decision-making, improving operational efficiency, and identifying innovative opportunities to leverage automation and AI across HR processes and experiences.What You’ll DoPeople Systems Strategy & OptimizationLead the administration, optimization, and ongoing evolution of One Workplace’s People systems ecosystem, including HRIS, ATS, onboarding, learning, survey, recognition, and related platformsPartner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and business leaders to ensure systems effectively support organizational goals and operational needsDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability, efficiency, employee experience, and operational excellenceEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend modern solutions that improve workflows, reporting, automation, and user experienceSupport and optimize integrations across People systems and enterprise platformsHRIS Administration & GovernanceServe as a primary owner and subject matter expert for HR systems, including system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, security, permissions, workflows, and documentationLead and support implementation, stabilization, and optimization efforts related to ADP and other People technologiesEstablish and maintain strong data governance, security, compliance, and privacy standards across People systemsDevelop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and system training resourcesAnalytics, Reporting & InsightsDesign and deliver dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions that enable better business and talent decisionsTransform People data into actionable insights for leaders, HRBPs, and executive stakeholdersDevelop scalable reporting frameworks and self-service capabilities where appropriatePartner with stakeholders to identify trends, opportunities, and operational risks across the employee lifecycleProcess Design, Automation & AI EnablementIdentify opportunities to streamline and automate People operations through workflow optimization, integrations, AI tools, and scalable process designPartner across the enterprise to evaluate and responsibly implement AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and employee experiencesHelp shape the future roadmap for People technology, automation, and AI within the organizationChampion thoughtful, practical adoption of emerging technologies while balancing governance, risk, and user experienceProject Management & Cross-Functional PartnershipLead and support complex People systems projects and operational initiatives across multiple business entities and employee populationsPartner cross-functionally with IT, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders on systems enhancements, implementations, compliance initiatives, and process improvementsManage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners as neededLead, mentor, and develop team members as the function continues to growWhat You Bring5+ years of experience in HRIS, People Operations, People Technology, HR Analytics, or related fieldsStrong experience administering and optimizing HR systems in complex, multi-entity environmentsExperience with ADP and modern HR technology ecosystems strongly preferredDemonstrated success building scalable processes, improving operational efficiency, and driving systems optimizationStrong analytical capabilities with experience developing dashboards, reports, and actionable insightsExperience supporting integrations, automation, and workflow design across systemsCuriosity and enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies and their practical application within HR and People OperationsStrong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiencesHigh attention to detail, strong judgment, and a continuous improvement mindsetWhy Join One WorkplaceThis is an opportunity to help shape the future of People infrastructure at a company that deeply values innovation, collaboration, design, and human connection.
