Medical Director – Psychiatry | North Carolina (Triad Region)

Opportunity Highlights:

Medical Director leadership opportunity with growing behavioral health organization
Oversight of 3 outpatient clinics in the North Carolina Triad region
Supervise and support team of approximately 10 Psychiatric NPs and PAs
Collaborate with additional Psychiatrist leaders
Opportunity to help guide growth, expansion, and clinical strategy
Involvement with Spravato and TMS services
Flexible full-time or part-time options
Some on-site presence required for full-time candidates

Qualifications:

Board Certified Psychiatrist
Experience supervising APPs preferred
Interest in leadership, program development, and organizational growth
Comfortable with Spravato and TMS treatment models

Location:

North Carolina Triad region
Clinic locations in the Greensboro and Winston-Salem areas
Growing behavioral health platform with expansion plans underway
