Responsibilities:
• Greet patients, families, and visitors : Provide warm and welcoming service, addressing questions and concerns, and directing them to the appropriate area or personnel.
• Manage reception desk operations : Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Coordinate patient admissions and discharges : Prepare and process necessary paperwork, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Perform administrative tasks : Assist with scheduling, data entry, and other administrative duties as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality : Handle sensitive information with discretion and follow HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Education Level: [n/a])
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn our electronic medical records system
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
