Flexible start dates, ability to work near your home, choose your availability.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide assistance with ADLs and IADLs for clients in the home setting (hygiene, incontinence care, mobility/transfer support, light housekeeping, meal preparation).Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.Perform duties as assigned on personal care service plan, documentation upon completion.Help keep the client's environment clean and organized.Remind client to take self-administered medications.Report changes in the client's condition to provide quality of care.Required SkillsTwo years professional experience (CNA, HHA, PCA), provide professional references.Alzheimer's/dementia experience.Valid driver's license.Proof of current car insurance.Ability to pass a background check.Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.Start your rewarding career with Home Care Assistance of Arlington.
