They will develop configuration strategies, manage change control processes, and maintain accurate records in a Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The role is a blend of administrative tracking, auditing, and engineering change management.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement configuration management plans, policies, and procedures.Establish and maintain accurate configuration baselines for hardware, software, and documentation.Oversee engineering change requests (ECRs) and supportSupport asset tracking accuracy and lifecycle visibility.Conduct regular configuration audits and verification tests to check consistency against actual infrastructure.Required Qualifications:3 to 5+ years in IT service management, software development, or systems engineering operations.Familiarity with CMDB tools, ITIL frameworks, and version control or tracking software (e.g., Polarion, Team Foundation Server, ServiceNow).Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and cross-functional communication skills.The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is: $125,000 - $158,400 USDEqual Employment Opportunity Statement We believe that no one should be discriminated against because of their differences.
