RESPONSIBILITIES: Administer oaths and affirmations, take acknowledgments, witness and attest signatures, perform verifications upon oath or affirmation, and certify or attest copies — all in strict compliance with South Carolina law. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: • MUST be a U.S. citizen. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Active Notary Public commission or certification. • Ability to clear a background check. • Experience notarizing loan documents preferred. • Professionalism, attention to detail, willingness to learn, composure under pressure, strong communication, and honesty. JOB REQUIREMENTS: High-speed Internet connection, a dependable computer with camera and microphone, a home-office setup, and reliable transportation with a willingness to travel throughout Charleston as needed. PAYMENT: $75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
