Housing Case Manager

Bay Area Turning Point

Bay Area Turning Point is seeking a Housing Case Manager A to provide housing case management for non-residential participants who have fled domestic violence or sexual assault. This role includes office and client-home visits, assisting with transportation, accessing resources, and supporting after-care services to prevent relapse into crisis and homelessness.
