Onsite Multi-Site Property Manager - 400-Unit Portfolio Lead

Palm Communities

Palm Communities LLC, based in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Full-Time Property Manager to lead a portfolio of ~400 residential units across 10–20 sites. You will coach staff, oversee operations, and ensure financial controls and leasing performance. The role requires 3–5+ years in multi-site residential management, proficiency with AppFolio, and knowledge of housing regulations.
