Print Shop Technician – Weekend PM Shift Safran Cabin Materials in Marysville, WA is hiring a Print Shop Technician for the Weekend PM Shift. The shift runs Thursday‑Sunday and Friday‑Sunday (alternating each week) from 4:00p.m. to 4:30a.m. The position includes a training period from 4:00p.m. to 2:30a.m. Monday‑Friday (1–2 months). Pay is $20.00 per hour plus a $2.00 per hour shift differential. Job Duties Verification and withdrawal of materials. Setup and operation of print shop equipment. Hand stack lined paper coming off the print machine at varying speeds. Use of viscometer, pumps, scales, and hoist. Ironing adhesive to materials. Stocking materials as needed. Making and attaching “dog ears” to assist in further processing of the hobes. Completing production documentation, quality control, and housekeeping activities. Performing basic housekeeping duties on equipment and in the department. Actively participating in operational improvement activities. Cross‑training or transferring to other departments as needed. Conducting routine tasks as directed with flexibility and willingness to work overtime. Required Skills and Experience Ability to work independently or with a team to complete tasks in a timely manner. 2+ years relevant, steady work history preferred (manufacturing a plus). Good basic math skills. Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English. Legible handwriting/printing. Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities.
