Print Shop Technician - Weekend AM Shift - $21.25/hr - SCM MV

Print Shop Technician – Weekend AM Shift Location: Safran Cabin Materials, Marysville, WA. Shift: 4:00am to 4:30pm Thu‑Sun & Fri‑Sun (alternates each week). Pay: $20.00/hr plus $1.25/hr shift differential. Responsibilities Verification and withdrawal of materials. Setup and operation of equipment. Hand stacking lined paper coming off the print machine at varying speeds. Use of viscometer, pumps, scales, and hoist. Ironing adhesive to materials. Stocking materials as needed. Making and attaching “dog ears” used to assist in further processing of the hobes. Completion of production documentation, quality control, and housekeeping activities. Conduct routine tasks as directed and other tasks as needed; flexibility is key. Assist in operational improvement activities. Willing to cross‑train or transfer to other departments as needed. Willing to work overtime as needed. Job Requirements Have a sincere desire to work and be able to work independently or with a team to complete tasks in a timely manner. 2+ years relevant steady work history preferred; manufacturing experience a plus. Good basic math skills. Able to speak, read, and write English proficiently. Legible handwriting/printing. Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities.
