Act as a brand ambassador, representing our office at community gatherings, local business mixers, and charity events. Maintain an organized pipeline of potential clients and follow up with interested parties in a timely, personal manner. Collaborate with Stefani to refine our marketing materials and digital presence to ensure our message resonates with the community. Track the success of various marketing initiatives to help us understand what truly helps us grow. Requirements Professional experience in marketing, lead generation, or sales development. Strong comfort level with conducting outbound outreach and networking in the local community. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and build rapport quickly with diverse audiences. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital organizational tools. Previous experience working within an insurance or financial services office is beneficial but not required.
