Responsibilities
- Deliver prescribed radiation therapy per physician instructions using advanced treatment platforms; operate Truebeam, ARIA, and Identify as required
- Position and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring accurate alignment, immobilization, and safety during sessions
- Monitor patients during therapy, respond to non-technical needs, and report any adverse events per protocol
- Perform and document accurate treatment delivery and associated data in the EPIC charting system; coordinate with the oncology team to support collaborative care
- Maintain equipment readiness, participate in safety checks, and adhere to quality assurance procedures
- Float within the hospital as needed within scope of practice and skill set

Requirements
- NY State License in hand prior to start; temp license not accepted for Radiology Techs
- ARRT Certification
- NYS Radiation Technologist — Practice of Radiotherapy licensure
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Radiation Oncology; travel experience preferred
- EPIC charting experience required; proficiency with Truebeam, ARIA, and Identify preferred
- Able to float within the hospital as needed
- Submission requires recent Nursys record and required certifications at time of submission
