Key Personnel is seeking an Accounting Clerk for a growing company in the Tulsa, OK area.

Accounting Clerk Pay: $19-23/hr (depending on experience)

Accounting Clerk Hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm

Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily administrative and accounting functions in support of the VP of Finance
• Input and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare and make bank deposits
• Perform general administrative duties including filing, sorting, copying, scanning, ordering supplies, and answering phones
• Maintain insurance tracking documentation and records
• Manage and update rebate and warranty spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and organization
• Track rental activity and maintain associated records
• Assist with purchase tracking and financial documentation as needed
• Support VP of Finance with various projects and day-to-day operational needs
• Attend and participate in weekly internal progress meetings
• Maintain organization of financial and office records while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Accounting Clerk Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
• QuickBooks experience preferred but not required
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented with a willingness to support all areas of the business
• Comfortable working in a small office environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks
• Regular use of computers, phones, and office equipment
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. as needed
