• Customer Invoicing
• Manage and be responsible for AR email inbox on a daily basis
• Run credit card payments
• Research and resolve short pays
• Collections
• Process accounts payable in GP & Spectrum
• Process vendor set-ups and account issues
• Respond to all internal and external questions regarding vendor payments
• Concur
  • Weekly review, downloads and imports to AP systems
  • Monthly matching and reconciliation between the credit card charges and Concur transactions
• Upload weekly per diems from timekeeping application
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations as directed by Controller

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Minimum 2 years experience with administrative, financial, or payables/receivables processes
• Proficiency in GP Dynamics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Must be able to work independently and effectively interact with all levels within the company
• Strong organizational skills , with attention to detail a must
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be timely and efficient in order to process time-sensitive accounts

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with administrative, financial, or payroll processes
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, Spectrum, Concur, Kronos, Kwiktag, and/or AvaTax

Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data.
