Responsibilities
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive interviews with clients to assess their insurance requirements
- Develop tailored solutions utilizing our array of over 220 reputable insurance carriers
- Educate the community on available insurance benefits and coverage options
- Ensure support and follow up with claims
- Keep up to date with the changes in benefits available to clients
- Cultivate strong client relationships through proactive follow-up and exceptional service
