What You’ll Work On

• Set up and run CNC machines to produce complex aerospace parts to exacting specs
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T to plan each operation
• Hold tight tolerances and confirm quality with precision hand metrology
• Troubleshoot cutting conditions, tooling, and program issues; drive continuous improvement
• Keep the cell organized and compliant with safety standards

Platforms & Processes You’ll See

• CNC Milling and CNC Lathe/Turning
• CNC Grinding
• 3‑, 4‑, and 5‑Axis machining
• Full setups and efficient changeovers for production runs
• CNC programming opportunities available for select openings

Your Background

• Hands‑on CNC machining experience in a manufacturing setting
• Proven ability to read prints and work from technical drawings
• Track record of holding close tolerances and meeting quality requirements
• Experience in aerospace, defense, medical, or other precision manufacturing is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude, problem‑solving mindset, and strong attention to detail

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $25–$38/hr (experience‑based)
• Shifts: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and Weekend shift
