Registered Nurse - Psychiatric

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Registered Nurse for a Per Diem 12-hour shift position. Focused on providing quality mental health care, this role requires flexibility and adherence to compliance standards. The assignment is for an initial 13-week period with minimal initial requirements.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer psychiatric care and monitor patient mental health status.

  Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress, treatment responses, and relevant clinical data.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with all facility policies and healthcare regulations.
  
  
• 
  Respond promptly to patient emergencies and support mental health stability.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with current registration.
  
  
• 
  Experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing preferred.
  
  
• 
  Ability to meet minimal requirements and maintain compliance standards.
  
  
• 
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• 
  Capable of working 12-hour shifts and adapting to per diem schedules.
