Title: Staff Assistant IIILocation: Pasadena, CADuration: 4 months1st ShiftPay Range: $28.70-48.95: Based on experience and outcome of interviewNO c2c partnerships or staffing company helpPrevious JPL experience requiredSummary:Provide administrative support to one or more individuals which involves; managing multiple calendars, scheduling meetings for management, distributing information, escorting visitors; arranging travel, coordinating events and associated logistics; answering and routing calls, creating letters, memos, presentations, spreadsheets and reports as needed.
