ROUTE DRIVER - OFFICE COFFEE (FULL TIME)

Job Summary We are hiring immediately for a full‑time ROUTE DRIVER – OFFICE COFFEE position at Canteen, located at 1000 East Hammond Lane, Phoenix, AZ 85034. The position is full‑time, Monday through Friday, with a 3:00 am start time. Required: previous route driving, merchandising, and customer service experience; valid driver’s license. Pay rate: $22.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include commission and an internal employee referral bonus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines. Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance. Display a clear understanding of company policies and administer them as needed. Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of vending machines and related equipment. Conduct minor service and adjustments on machines, reporting defective equipment to maintenance personnel. Ensure the truck is properly loaded with all required product before each route. Inform regular clients and customers of new products or services, and resolve service complaints. Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue promotion materials. Accountable for receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, and cash. Conduct inventory reconciliation per district procedures. Keep company vehicle clean and organized; perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections. Perform all job functions safely and professionally. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 3 years of driving experience required. Valid non‑CDL Class C driver’s license. Preferred 1–2 years of customer‑service experience or at least 1 year of related experience. Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently. Willingness to learn how to operate material‑handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
