Warehouse Supervisor I – Ambient/Cooler or Freezer Clifton, New Jersey, United States About Weee! Weee! is the largest and fastest‑growing ethnic e‑grocer in the United States. This role is onsite 5 days a week in Clifton, NJ. Responsibilities Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost‑efficient workflow processes. Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation and advising management. Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, and issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Qualifications 5 years of warehouse experience preferred. Food and Beverage Industry experience strongly preferred. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment; excellent organizational skills and accuracy and attention to detail are musts. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Compensation Range US base salary range for this full‑time position is $24.5/hr to $28/hr. Role may be eligible for discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
