Principal Financial Analyst

Principal Financial AnalystAs the Principal Financial Analyst, you'll analyze and forecast financial, economic, and operational data to inform strategic and operational decisions. Quantitative analyses of budgets, expenses, investments, and other financial projects are conducted to deliver accurate, timely insights to leaders. The position partners with business units to track performance against goals and recommend actions. It's a high-level individual contributor role.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze expenditures, depreciation, and investments, and recommend actions on financial procedures, plans, and controlsPrepare and present monthly financial reports for internal partners and executivesCollect and analyze financial information for assigned business units to track progress against goalsAnalyze the financial implications of proposed investments and transactions to evaluate alternatives against business objectivesInterpret financial information on costs, prices, expenses, and revenues, and recommend actions to senior leadershipForecast financial and economic performance to inform decisionsPrepare in-depth evaluations of plans and proposalsIdentify and apply new methods of analysis and presentationServe as a subject matter expert for the Finance Team and consult with business partners to drive sound financial decisionsPull and create reports for the team and senior leadership to track G&A expensesPresent findings and recommendations in clear, executive-ready formatsManage ad hoc analysis requests and special projects as neededQualifications5+ years of financial planning and analysis experienceStrong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with executivesBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economicsExperience leveraging AI tools in finance (preferred)Our team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too!
