We are a long-term care facility looking for the right Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. Job Requirements Current CNA Certification in the state of NJ in good standing. NA's must have completed 90 hour accredited CNA course Job Types Full-time, including every other weekend ( NO per diem shifts available) Benefits Sign on bonus $3,500 Referral Bonus Weekend differential 3-11 shift differential PTO Paid time off Dental, Health, & Vision insurance ( benefited only) Colonial Life insurance $100 annual sneaker reimbursement Uniforms provided(annual) Recertification reimbursement Tuition reimbursement available 401K Duties Assist with patient care and ADL's under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse Provide gastric lavage and airway management as needed Assist patients with feeding and meal consumption assistance Assist with sterile processing and maintaining a clean and safe environment Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient needs are met Document patient information accurately and timely using electronic medical record systems such as POC -point click care Provide specialized care for patients with special needs such as dementia Assist with the management of medical equipment Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
