Kantata Project Coordinator / PMO Administrator

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator / PMO Administrator to support project execution, resourcing, financial tracking, and operational reporting within the PMO. This individual will be a key partner to Project Managers and leadership, ensuring project data integrity and smooth day-to-day coordination across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate has hands‑on, power‑user level experience in Kantata (formerly Mavenlink), is highly organized, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Pay for this role is between $25-$28 an hour. Key Responsibilities: Own administrative and coordination support for PMO‑led projects (new intakes through delivery/closeout). Maintain accurate project setup and ongoing project data in Kantata (project plans, tasks, milestones, allocations, financials, time entries). Support resource coordination: schedule alignment, assignment tracking, utilization reporting, and forecasting support. Track project status across multiple workstreams; drive follow‑ups, action items, RAID logs, and meeting notes. Produce recurring PMO reporting (status, budget burn, capacity, project health, portfolio dashboards). Assist with invoicing support and project financial hygiene (budget updates, PO tracking, expense/time compliance). Support standardized PMO processes: templates, governance, documentation, and compliance with operational workflows. Coordinate key meetings: standups, status reviews, steering prep; distribute agendas, notes, and action items. Partner with PMs to identify risks/issues early and maintain clear communication to stakeholders. Strong skills in reporting and documentation (Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides). High attention to detail; strong follow‑through and communication skills.
