LHH is seeking a bilingual HR Generalist for our client in Chicago! The person in this role will be assisting with various administrative HR duties, including benefits administration, leaves of absence, and other projects.
Job overview,- Contract/Contract to Hire
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 830am-430pm or 9am-5pm
- 35 hour work week
- Pay rate: $28-30/hour
- Location: 100% onsite, Humboldt Park area
- This is an urgent request for a Bilingual HR professional with benefits experience
- Benefits enrollment and administration (new hires and upcoming open enrollment season)
- Assisting with FMLA/LOA processing
- Performance evaluation projects
- Various reporting and projects in Paylocity system
- The California Fair Chance Act
- Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance
- Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers
- San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
