Assistant Front Office Manager – Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Front Office Manager to join the front desk team at Royal Palm South Beach Miami. In this role, you will assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations of the front desk, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided to all guests. The position primarily works the evening shift to provide a Manager On‑Duty during evening hours. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing daily front desk operations. Ensure superior customer service for all guests. Oversee staff performance and adherence to procedures and policies. Act as Manager On‑Duty during evening hours. Qualifications Prefer 1+ year departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office. Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently. Prior cash handling experience necessary. Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members. Computer experience required. Benefits Multiple tiers of medical coverage.
