In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for patients with billing and account questions. You'll assist with account resolutions, ensure prompt payment of balances, and work closely with insurance providers to address claims issues and denials. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping others, this is the perfect opportunity for you! What You'll Do Represent our practice with professionalism and handle inbound patient calls. Explain financial responsibilities and insurance coverage to patients. Assist patients with resolving claims and addressing past-due balances. Set up and manage payment plans to ensure timely payments. Make outbound calls to support collections efforts. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office. Strong problem-solving and research abilities. Knowledge of patient billing, claims submission, and insurance requirements is a plus (but not required).
