Salary: USD55000 - USD70000 per year Beacon Hill is working with a law firm in Columbus, OH and they are looking for a litigation paralegal. Job Duties Case Management & Investigation: Maintain case files, track court deadlines, and conduct background or factual research. Drafting: Draft routine pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery responses under attorney supervision. Discovery Support: Manage the exchange of evidence and documents, organize document productions, apply necessary redactions, and summarize depositions. Medical Records: Authorization prep, retention of the same, and production of medical records to counsel and/or experts. Trial Preparation: Compile trial notebooks, organize exhibits, coordinate with expert witnesses, and assist attorneys in the courtroom. Name: Please include your first and last name.
